Communications and Power

There are a number of small things that can be done to enable government services to have power. Solar cells for the school, and there are hydro generators that work with the current in the river. Wind power can be used even. There will be a need for radios to work, both CB and HAM. How do we provide them with power? What about heating the school during the winter, for seniors and small children? How hard would that be?
